Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or reserving a commercial booth for the International MRO Aviation Capabilities Exhibition (FAC), the exhibitor acknowledges that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

The booth reservation will be confirmed only after the corresponding payment has been made and validated by the event organizers. The amount paid covers only the assigned space and the items specifically listed in the commercial proposal. Any additional requests must be made in advance and may incur additional costs.

Booth assignments will be made by the organizers based on availability, logistical and technical criteria, safety considerations, and the order in which confirmations are received. The organizers reserve the right to modify the location, layout, or conditions of the space for operational, institutional, or safety reasons, or due to force majeure.

The exhibitor will be responsible for the setup, takedown, operation, personnel, materials, products, equipment, and all other items located at its booth. Furthermore, the exhibitor must comply with the instructions, schedules, safety protocols, internal event rules, and applicable regulations at the Air Maintenance Command (CAMAN) facilities.

The display, promotion, or sale of products, services, or materials that have not been previously authorized by the organization or that are inconsistent with the institutional, technical, aeronautical, and strategic nature of the event will not be permitted.

Payments made are non-refundable, unless the event is definitively canceled by the organizers. In the event of a change in date, location, or logistical arrangements, the reservation will remain valid for the new schedule announced by the organizers.

The organization shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, accident, disruption, or incident involving the exhibitor’s property, equipment, products, or personnel, unless otherwise required by law.
