By registering, reserving or purchasing a booth, participating as an exhibitor, or providing information to the organization, the data subject hereby provides prior, express, and informed consent to the processing of their personal data for administrative, commercial, logistical, operational, accounting, billing, security, accreditation, event communication, participation management, sending of related information, and subsequent activities related to the International MRO Aviation Capabilities Exhibition – FAC.

Personal data may include identification information, contact details, company information, job title, commercial information, entry records, images, photographs, videos, and other data necessary for the organization, promotion, security, and institutional record of the event.

The information will be processed in accordance with applicable Colombian regulations regarding personal data protection and Habeas Data. The data subject may exercise their rights to access, update, correct, or request the deletion of their data, revoke the consent granted, and submit inquiries or complaints through the official channels provided by the organization.

Personal data will not be sold or transferred to unauthorized third parties. However, it may be shared with partners, logistics operators, suppliers, competent authorities, or third parties involved in the event’s organization, solely when necessary to fulfill authorized purposes, legal obligations, or institutional requirements.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the exhibitor declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the processing of their personal data in accordance with the provisions herein and the applicable personal data processing policy.
